The following is taken from http://www.castles.nl/eur/ie/ogb/ogb.html - it was a very modern castle for the period, constructed entirely of Irish cut stone and surrounded by a wall of the same material. A datestone set in the rear wall reads 1860. Photo taken from the main road between Dunamanagh and Claudy.
