A warehouse on Castle Boulevard facing the Castle Rock and Brewhouse Yard. It is now offices and workshops. It was built in 1894 and is the work of Watson Fothergill for paper merchants Simons & Pickard. The rear of the building has a far more conventional warehouse look but the design of the second floor attics is continued along the side and rear elevations, see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/678717. Grade II listed List entry Number: 1246547 http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1246547 .
