This double-aperture postbox stands on the corner of High Street and Kingland Crescent – both pedestrianised – and opposite WH Smith, which houses the town's main post office. The box is emptied finally at 5:30pm on weekdays and at 1:45pm on Saturdays. In the background we see a train crossing the High Street at the level crossing.
