This is part of a large works near Pershore station. In the area are Cemex who do readymix concrete, Tarmac's Pershore Coating Works and Polestar Varnicoat, to name a few. I don't think this plant belongs to the first two but it may be the last - whatever that company does. The satellite shows a large plant but it is very difficult to get meaningful views of it. In fact I've found another 'Polestar' plant with some similar kit attached - so that's probably it.
