Looking along Duncan Terrace from its junction with Duncan Street; Colebrooke Row Gardens are on the right. There are two postboxes here: a traditional London double-slot box (which would at one time have had separate slots for mail addressed to the London postal area and elsewhere) and a more modern box for franked mail.
