Old barn, Town End, Troutbeck

It has a panel dated 1666. It is built of stone rubble and has an old slate roof. A ramp leads up to doors giving access to the upper level of the barn, and a wooden gallery with arched braces leads to the lofts of the wings. Another stone barn was added later to the right. In the foreground the garden in front of Town End house can be seen.
