Gallows Bridge is on the Grand Union Canal. This new footbridge replaces an older one which does not appear on the current Google Maps satellite image; that picture must have been taken "between bridge demolition/construction". The bridge carries a public footpath which crosses fields south-westwards from Little Shrewley.
