Near the centre of Leek. The Stone plaque reads: Brough Nicholson & Hall Est. 1815. Though this building I would say is from about 30 to 70 years later than that. (See also the grid square discussion.) The to let (sic) sign offers "Range of versatile self contained office/studio units with secure parking".
