Covering a fairly large area south and east of Norton crossroads on the A2. The crossroads had become something of a 'black spot' for accidents and a new entrance was recently constructed for the garden centre SE of the road junction. Update: I am told (January 2008) that the garden centre closed about six months ago and is currently derelict. Yet I see there is a planning application for a revised site layout for retail and garden centre so presumably there has been some hold up with this.
