This School and the (relatively) nearby Wisewood Senior School are due to close and be replaced by a new School - Forge Valley Community School - in 2011. This will be built just to the left of this building, on land which was formerly part of Loxley College, with the buildings now derelict and in a very poor vandalised condition.
