Hutton Fields is a large farm, with the main house seen here set a short distance away from an area of large farm buildings and smaller cottages, to the right of this photo. The lane which approaches it is a public road up to its intersection with the hedge in the foreground, at which point it becomes an "other route with public access" which leads past Hutton Fields and White House before rejoining public road.
