The Jubilee Library is regarded as an ultra-modern building and has won a number of awards it is the 5th most visited public library in the country, the library opened in 2005 in the middle of the north laines area of the city http://www.brighton-hove-rpml.org.uk/Libraries/sites/Pages/home.aspx.
