I'm sure that this pub is a welcome retreat for many making the trip, to Beachy Head, on foot or by bicycle. My stomach suggested that I should visit, but a view of the weather suggested a retreat to Eastbourne, in case rain arrived (it did, but only for ten minutes). A transmitter was demanding attention at this location; I cleverly hid it behind the pub sign.
