Heckfordbridge: junction of B1022 and Birch Park

Shows bridge over the Roman River (metal rails on either side of main road). This is the boundary between the parishes of Birch and Stanway (and more broadly, Maldon district and the borough of Colchester). Left hand turn is now called Birch Park. The white house is Wishing Well Cottage.
