Though located on Chepstow Road, Bolts Row has retained its street name, as has the adjacent Somerton Place http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1680252, near the corner of Aberthaw Road. When built, Bolts Row was not in Newport, but in the parish of Christchurch, later absorbed into Newport.
