Behind the temporary fencing was the site of a sheltered housing complex run by Pennine Housing 2000. This is now occupied by a 22 2bed apartments, made available on a shared ownership basis and marketed under the name 'Sonnet'. http://www.tph.org.uk/?page=phPropertiesPDF&itemid=5
