This photograph shows a view of the Garden of Eden Bridge in Castle Eden Dene Nature Reserve. The picture was taken looking in a southerly direction from the bottom of the steps leading down into the dene from Peterlee. The photograph was taken in mid-January and there are still traces of snow about. The stream passing under the bridge is Castle Eden Burn.
