...the Big Thaw. At the end of the minor road from Strata Florida to Pantyfedwen and nearby farms, water is running all across the road, forming interesting wave patterns. This is not the overflow of a stream, and there has been no recent rain - it's all just melt water from the surrounding hillside. There's plenty of snow left to thaw above 400m.
