Being built on the part of the former carpark / playground area in Balmoral Gardens. All the major construction work is completed. The plastic tarpualin around the site, is a protective covering while the windows to the building are fitted. Inside, first fix carries on; electrical wiring, door fitting, timber studwork and plumbing fitted.
