Millennium Folly, Horton Hill

The tower was built in 2000 on the Cotswold scarp, just below the Iron Age hillfort of Horton Camp, "as a millennium project to provide nesting places for swallows and barn owls" (notice attached to the building). The re-aligned Cotswold Way runs past.
