New housing in a snow-covered The Ramblers, a cul-de-sac which turns off Norwich Road. The wintry weather has delayed bin collections and council staff are working flat out, emptying overflowing bins and removing refuse that has been dumped on the pavements and is now also littering the streets, blown there by the bitterly cold wind.
