The extreme northern end of North End is the only small section open to traffic, between Station Road and Poplar Walk. It is used, in particular, by some bus routes unable to call at West Croydon bus station - for example, the southbound buses on Route 60. Straight on is London Road, with the entrance to West Croydon station a short way down on the right. The road to the right is Station Road, which leads not to the railway station but to the bus station. Down to the left, and here hidden in the shadow, is Tamworth Road.
