Fox and Hounds Inn at Slapewath

This popular hostelry is located on the A171 road just to the west of the town of Guisborough. The Cleveland Way long-distance walk passes by the inn as it makes its way from Guisborough Woods towards Skelton. Another popular walk (Cleveland Street) passes by the hotel; its route runs just to the left of the building shown in the picture.
