The pub that presumably gives its name to the small hamlet of Golden Pot. The new owners of the freehold have permission for an accommodation block containing 13 bedrooms. Here's a pic of the old, unpainted building. Sad to lose such warm, red brickwork... (http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/410923 )
