In the forecourt of the Mill House Hotel is this delightful reminder of a bygone age. The notice, from the Great Western Railway, is possibly from the dismantled Banbury to Cheltenham Direct railway which ran within 300 yards of the hotel. The penalty for trespassing was forty shillings (£2.00) or, if the fine was unpaid, one months imprisonment.
