Offices on the corner of Stow Hill and Caerau Crescent. The sign in front of the building lists the occupiers as Scourfield, Arora and Co - Chartered Accountants. Sensemaster Limited - Sensor and heater specialists. The To Let sign is somewhat misleading - according to Hutchings & Thomas's website, one office (6 square metres) is to let. The total size of the office space in the building is about 170 square metres.
