One of 3 Park & Ride facilities serving the city of Durham, the works were completed in December 2005 by civil engineers, Balfour Beatty. The Sniperley site is located NW of the city of Durham, close to the A691/A167 junction on land north west of Sniperley/Witton Grove. There is a 400 vehicle car park with roundabout junctions located on both the A167 and A691 and also a passenger terminal building. The scheme operates Monday - Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7.p.m.
