Woodhouse College

Image: © Martin Addison Taken: 12 Dec 2009

Originally a House belonging to a plasterer, the building became Woodhouse Grammar school in 1925. Its current role is as a 6th Form College. Although the gates bear the word college, its past role as a school is still visible on the gate post on the right. On the extreme right of the photo are two Finchley Parish boundary markers. The taller one dates to 1864 and carries the words Finchley Parish. The shorter one simply carries the letters FBP and 1910.
