More Bull Ring controversy

I don’t know what the designers and Council were thinking of when the connecting roads around the Bull Ring were laid with no kerbs. See Image Has safety been compromised here? There have already been several reports of pedestrians wandering into the path of vehicles as they didn’t realise they had stepped into the road. I just wonder how blind people will cope. Another new building causing controversy is the market hall, centre rear of picture. 18months on, the food hall is still not open due to various on-going problems.
