A view right across the square. The farm buildings are on the northerly grid line. Taken from where the footpath from Buckland to Grendon Green kisses the southern gridline. The trees on the steep escarpment on the right of the picture indicate the edge of an iron-age hill-fort.The yellow rape is not fully in flower on the last day of April.
