Angular blocks of apartments, reminiscent of the apartment blocks in russian and eastern european cities, forming part of the Cardiff Bay re-development scheme. One of the less attractive aspects of urban development. As can be seen development hasn't quite extended this far yet the International pool is just out of shot to the left.
