The front of the Congress Theatre building is dominated by a large clock, with a human figure on either side. On the left is Dai, who may be a shepherd (or poacher!). There are two sheepdogs at his feet. Wrapped around his neck is a small white creature, possibly a lamb. There is a smaller pale-coloured creature, perhaps a piglet, under his left arm. On the right, Myfanwy is dressed in traditional Welsh costume, including the black high hat. She holds a basket in her left hand, and daffodils in her right hand. There is a black bird, perhaps a crow, on her left shoulder, and some kind of dark-coloured animal at her feet.
