A Conference Centre, Cafe and Health Club overlooking the River Parrett by the A38 north of Bridgwater, and dating from 2004. "Its situation on a former flood plain along the banks of the River Parrett, coupled with the wettest winter on record for over 30 years, presented particular challenges for the construction team" http://www.aspendesign.co.uk/index.php?id=20 .
