Looking northwest from Longridge Lane over the extensive disused and grassed-over quarry workings south of Dove Holes. In the background beyond the village the two conspicuous rises are Lady Low (SK065781) and Cow Low (SK065786), both sites of Bronze Age bowl barrows.
