The rear of this building would seem to comply with requirements for safe egress in the event of a fire! This is one of the older buildings opposite the evolving university campus, one of which buildings can be seen to the right. Many of the buildings in this area are now given over to the needs of the university students. In the main these are accommodations and drinking venues!
