The Chandlery, Newport

A Grade II listed building on the corner of Lower Dock Street and George Street. In 1901, the occupants were ship chandlers. The family-run Chandlery Restaurant operates on two floors of the building. Its cuisine is described as 'Modern English with European undertones' UPDATE May 2012 The restaurant has closed down. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2961654
