The arms are those of the Worshipful Company of Vintners, which explains why pubs are always called the "Three" Tuns rather than any other number. (The Brewers Company arms also have three). The motto is misspelt, it should be "Vinum exhilarat animum" - Wine cheers the Mind (or Heart, or Spirit, or Soul).
