This distinctive hotel building is located on a dual carriageway (called 'The Causeway') that runs through the centre of Billingham. Just beyond the hotel, the distinctive 'green' signs of the ASDA supermarket are visible. The hotel looks out over a delightful park - on the opposite side of the road.
