The woodland across the top centre of the photo is part of Pound Wood http://www.poundwood.org.uk/ owned and managed by the Essex Wildlife Trust http://www.essexwt.org.uk/. The meadows to the lower left are part of Garrolds farm. Image shows a wider view of this farm. The gash across Pound Wood is the cleared area underneath the electricity pylons which cross the wood. One pylon is just visible at the left end of the gash. The road across the lower right is the Eastwood Old Road.
