This is really the southern end of Melville Street, looking down the street in the other direction from Image The building on the right is marked as a pub on a detailed map, and must be the Coburg, which closed in 1971 http://forums.thisissouthdevon.co.uk/thread.jspa?messageID=535402&tstart=0 . With its town house doorways, it bears no resemblance to a pub and looks to have been virtually rebuilt since then. The brick building just visible is Image Above are buildings on Warren Road.
