An isolated terrace of cottages in Nutfield Marsh Road. They were built by a John Perkins, using bricks from the house that formerly stood on the site. 1863 records refer to them as Raydon Cottages. The present name commemorates the owner of the area from the early 18th century, whose surname was Peyton. They are locally listed.
