Built in 1787 the large house is now surrounded by the Howletts Zoo, though remains private. The front portico is very similar to the North side of the White House, started 5 years later http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:White_House_North_Side_Comparison2.jpg Grade II* listed.
