The Image has had a history of intermittent operation in the nearly 2 years that it has been installed. It replaced a standard hoarding around Christmas 2007 and frequently breaks down. The panels are supposed to swivel every 10 seconds or so, revealing the next of the three adverts that are affixed. But here, for the umpteenth time, it is stuck between adverts and hasn't moved for over a week. The repairmen will call in a few days' time and the columns will swivel merrily once again, until the next time they decide they can't be bothered.
