The main landmarks are: In the foreground the main offices of Gedling Borough Council (actually sited within the Park), the square tower of the former Home Brewery (now Nottinghamshire County Council local offices) and the tall spire of St Paul's, Daybrook, designed by the architect of Truro Cathedral, J. L. Pearson.
