Britannia model from the Ideal Boilers & Radiators Company Ltd. This engineering company is still in existence today. They produced this type of open-fire domestic boiler from the 1920s to the mid 1930s, its main purpose being to produce a hot water supply. The company still operate from Hull and are based in National Avenue. They also have a centre in Mexborough.
