This is Hertford's 'other' station, less convenient for the Town Centre, but modern and pleasant enough. But the Class 313 trains, which run mostly to Moorgate, are now looking rather care-worn (they are now over 30 years old) and would benefit from some TLC. The operator, First Capital Connect, has recently been taking delivery of some new Class 377 units - perhaps some of these will find their way to this line.
