Barton House is a manor house, probably built in the late 16th century with early 17th century alterations and additions. Possibly remodelled by Inigo Jones, circa 1612. Constructed of limestone ashlar under stone slate roofs. Attached to the house are some magnificent gardens and an arboretum Image Many original internal features and fittings remain.
