The Assembly Rooms are used by a Pentecostal church on a Sunday, and by local dramatic groups etc. for their performances. Built in 1881 at the expense of the Maryon-Wilson family of Charlton House, the Assembly Rooms were listed grade 2 in 2018 (list entry 1452263).
