Hyvots Phase 1 is a development of 23 houses and flats for rent, off Hyvot Loan (behind Morrison’s supermarket), completed in 2008. Edinburgh City Council was awarded £21 million from the Scottish Executive at the end of 2001 for the regeneration of Moredun Park and Hyvots.
