St Luke's church, Kew - west end

This church on The Avenue was built in 1889 and is not listed. It was originally called St Luke, North Sheen but the parish name was later changed to Kew, perhaps to reflect its location close to Kew Gardens. The modern glazed stairwell and other additions to the west end date from 1983 when the nave was converted into a community centre Image
